» Develop a master plan along with conservation and town planning architects that will compliment the original town plan and architectural style.

» Develop the existing crafts industry through capacity building of the artisans by providing advanced training, research and tools for artisans.

» Support ecological industries that will generate income for the people of the village and area.

» Transforming Anegundi into a sustainable village along with the promotion of organic farming, water conservation, solid waste management and the introduction of solar energy

» Restore old and abandoned dwellings for new uses, such as offices, cottage workshops, guesthouses, play-school etc

» Landscape and develop key heritage sites in the village and its surroundings environs.

» provide quality education and health care to childrens.

» Restoration ancient irrigation and water structures (wells and tanks).

Participate in the ongoing discussion and formation of Heritage Management Plan for the entire Hampi area.

» To expand the Hampi World Heritage Site into a Biosphere Reserve.


Ultimately, Anegundi will lead and guide the other heritage rural locations in ''integrating culture and economy through the path of heritage conservation'. We believe in not simply glorifying the past but in taking inspiration from our rich heritage so that we can pass it on to future generations
